I am very happy with my visit, so much so that I am going ahead with the purchase and installation of a new fireplace.
I purchased a chimnea from them last fall. It works great and they were informative regarding the first burning and adding sand to the bottom. However, I was not informed that without putting a clear finish on it, that it would peel and discolor. That was disappointing, hence four stars versus five.
I waited 3 weeks for an estimate on a simple ductwork job. Kept getting the same answer, "we'll get back with you." Got tired of the games and called someone else.
