Absolutely fantastic! Courteous, clean, on time, and knowledgeable. I had to call on a Sunday for a plumbing emergency, and was able to schedule something right away. Any question I had was answered in detail, and I was not sold or pressured into getting anything I didn't need. Pricing was more than reasonable. I will be using this company in the future for all of my plumbing needs!
Since I let them know the water was off and it wasn't an emergency they were able to send a Plumber out the next day, Saturday at Noon.
To all my fellow workers at Andrews University who needs plumbing or similar service, save yourselves a few hundred bucks and DO NOT call Advanced Plumbing and just move on to the next contact on your list. They are not worth it.
Highly recommended! I received great service and they were reasonably priced. I had to purchase a new washing machine and the eco friendly model needed to have cold water running to it. The valve was broke on that pipe. I called Advanced Plumbing and they were there within a few hours, determined what parts they needed, gave me a quote and were back and had it fixed within no time. So I called Advanced Pluming and inquired about a bathtub install including the triple walls and how much it would cost. I was quoted $500 on the high end by Teri (the lady I spoke with). Set up a schedule. Plumbers came on time and worked a little more than 6 hours. At the end of the day, Advanced Plumbing told us there were some things on the wall we needed to fix first before they can complete the installation and to call them after it was done. We paid the $500 as quoted.
I shut off all the water to the house and called Advanced Plumbing, fearing the worst which I knew just occurred.
We called them a few days later after we ourselves work on the wall the way they asked. We kept calling to make some type of arrangements and to try to schedule to have the installation complete. Well, it’s been more than a month and all we hear from Advanced Plumbing is crickets. Keep in mind, on the first visit, they only replaced a couple of pipes, took the bathtub out if its packed box and just laid it on the floor. I can still lift up the tub with one hand. This is Advanced Plumbing’s definition of bathtub installation. They made us $500 lighter.
I do recommend calling Advanced Plumbing if you are in need.
After two other companies left me high and dry, I finally found Scott at Advanced. Glad I did. They showed up at the promised time and charged the quoted amount. I only wish I called him first. Highly recommend.
Tim did the work he described in less than his estimated time and I was only charged for his actual time. The price was more than fair for his expertise.
My Plumber Tim was on time and I showed him my handiwork. He inspected it and knew exactly what was wrong.
3pm on a Friday and I had almost fixed my small leaky single handle shower when I tried to turn a pipe that isn't supposed to turn in an attempt to remove the last section of the cartridge. Boom! Nice spray from behind the shower stall and down the inside wall into the basement.
