I can't figure out how this company is still in business. They can never give you an appointment time or even a window of time that they will be there (well they can give you a window, but there is no guarantee they will even show up that day). They will also say they will call you back, but don't. After multiple attempts, I finally had another company (Kelly's) do the work (they made an appointment for a specific time, showed up on time, and completely the work in a timely manner - which was a shock to the system after all the run around I got with Newmans). To be fair, I think the main problem with Newmans is the office people, not the person doing the actual work, so if you can put up with a huge amount of hassle and annoyance you could get by with using them.
I would definitely recommend Newman Garage Door Sales & Service to a friend. Their name says it all. They were helpful from beginning to end. They loaned us samples we could take home and view against our home and quality product information on their product lines. They were helpful in setting an appointment to meet our unique schedule and their installer was quick, professional and answered all my questions.

We were looking to replace two overhead wood doors with insulated metal doors and had researched various suppliers. Two of our neighbors had Newman doors and recommended them to us. Newman Garage Door Sales & Service was able to supply a pair of high quality doors, professionally installed, for only slightly more than a chain store, which will remain nameless, could supply a similar quality door which I would have had to install myself. Included in that price also was removal/disposal of the old doors and cleanup of the debris!
Garage door spring broke last night trapping my wife's car inside. Called at 12:30 over lunch and they had the door fixed and operating by the time I got home at 5:00. Great service at a reasonable price.
