I did not eat a meal so I cannot review the food and service. I did take my time to look at the gift area and found it to be well organized. I did find the area a little cramped but I am a larger person. There was staff walking around asking if I needed help which was nice. They were not pushy at all.
I was visiting friends in the area and stopped in to just look.
We love coming here! Only had one time where service was slow. Food is cooked well, tastes good.
My only complaint would be to get more food then they offer portion wise. My husband and I can order the same thing and I don't know if because I'm 'smaller' they judge I won't eat much but I always get smaller portions of potatoes or whatever side I order. I guess that's still a good thing though...but them Potatoes! D:
Delicious food, fast and friendly. Nice shop for old fashioned things. Sunday afternoon was busy and they were packed! However it wasn't even the half hour they told us and we were called back. Despite being completely full in the dining room, our server remembered everything and kept her smile! Thank you Marlene!
The service and the food were perfect. I bought a few gifts one being a candle buy one get one free and whn arriving home I found she had not put the free candle in the bag. This made me unhappy. I am 84 and do not drive so no way to get my free candle. Merry Christmas.
Great place for a home cooked meal. I have always had great service and of course great food. I will keep making the 35 minute trip to Cracker Barrel for a great dinner with the wife.
The cashier was kind and pleasant. Overall I enjoyed my stop and found things on sale to buy.
