this middle school is literally the best middle school i have ever seen!
Unprofessional staff. I will be enrolling my kids in an other school next year. I'd rather drive 25 minutes out of my way to make sure that my children are getting fair treatment and a good education.
Sad to see. From some of the other reviews others haven't had good experiences either. I just hope no retaliation is taken against the students for concern parents and family voicing your opinion and experiences with Lakeshore Middle School, Stevensville, Mi I am so glad my family member Won't have to endure anymore of this place. I hope I don't have to see any other students or parents go though any bad experience here. YOU SHOULD HAVE TOO.
Horrible office staff.Rude, uncaring,hateful, don't ask for help they only do their choosen few. Make fun of some students. Sad to say they must have some professional help issues, in my opinion. Some of them need to think about retirement early so they can hire some folks who care.
Horrible middle school. Can't speak for the high school or elementary but for the middle school horrible staff!!!! If your child has special needs at all stay away from this school!!!!! They don't care about them and will treat them like dirt. I have an austitic son, Have provided all medical documents to them, warned them about his down falls and what to do. They never listened then punished him for those downfalls (which are out of his control and that's documented) putting him in the hallway alone because he can't sit still in class, giving him in school suspension for things he doesn't even understand. I have watched him go from a happy boy to now recluse and beat down. School avoids any type of accountability, no phone calls returned or emails even from the superintendent. Praying mg kids don't have to endure any more time there after that year. My daughter (his twin) has been bullied and proposition at school. When Sat down with assistant principal she told my child that because she didn't report it right away it would be hard to do anything due to witnesses forgetting. Awesome way to make my daughter feel safe at school. Office staff is very condescending and disrespectful towards you unless you fit into their mold. Not very many kids leave from here without having some major emotional issues. There is more to education than tests, should be teaching the youth to be well rounded academically, socially and economically. Does not prepare kids for the future.
